Thanks for the vote! :) Being Familiar With a Witch is a finalist for EPIC Awards 2010. So, BFWW is one of my faves that I wrote. was for a long time.

Not bad Pamela. Since I am a long. long time fan of HPL and the Cthulhu Mythos, it was especially fun to read. In fact, I got a good laugh after reading it.
I know, not the intended reaction, but I have a very strange sense of humor and am somewhat jaded.
I think 'Azathoth Is Here' is a good story and it makes me want to read more of your work.
Thanks, Brett. When I wrote that story, I thought how could I do it different. Thinking about it, I wonder if Evil Dead II influences didn't influence me with that tale.

It would have to be strange to have seen EVERYTHING he has done! Even that crazy pirate show he was on. That was sooo bad! (Jack of All Trades) Then he was in Hercules: The Legendary Journeys as a couple different characters.
FYI; there is supposed to be an Evil Dead 4 coming out. Who knows when. As soon as Sam Raimi gets going I suppose. He's too busy with Spiderman 4 right now.
I read that too, also a remake of the first Evil Dead by Raimi, with new young actor playing Campbell's part. That was a bit ago though. Haven't heard anything since.

They are focused on the 4th film now and not much else (film wise). I think it's Raimi's brother that is writing the script.
Nice to hear that at least one classic will be left alone. I shudder when I think about all of the unnecessary remakes there have been....

Evil Dead II is actuslly a remake of Evil Dead from the 70s--done only maybe ten years the most. So Raimi already did it back then. He just made the second version funnier than first one.

Actually, no, Evil Dead II is a sequel, not a remake. It starts with a recap of Evil Dead I, but soon goes into new material. EDII is when Ash gets the Boomstick in place of his hand.
