I just finished Scorched and really liked it. Not as good as Ravenous but still a good read. I'm moving on to

I'm still working on Dhampir by Barb & JC Hendee, but I'm struggling with parts of it. I like it, but some of the stuff on vampires is boring. It's hitting me a little like the early parts with the lessers in the BDB series.

Kenji: The Soul Screamers series are really great, they're original & well written & I love the characters! It's nothing at all like the were cat series Rachel Vincent has also written (which I also LOVE) which just makes me respect her even more that she can keep her worlds separate but still write them so well.

Shera: If you can't find someone who has already given into the temptation of buying SHIVER on hardback, get it from the library!!! It's free! & a beautiful story!

I live in a very, small town, a religious small town. So I have to buy pretty much any of the books I want to read. I'd love to find someone I could borrow it from. Shiver just keeps sounding better and better, I might just have to get it now!

I started , the begining was really slow for me, but it is picking up now and I am really enjoying it. Although it's not as good as BDB!!

Definatly loved it. ;)Let me know what you think when you finish. And I've been meaning to read the Lightning thief. Especially now that the movies comming out. I've definitely got to get too that.

finished Magic Study and have moved on to Divine Misdemeanors.

I loved Magic Study, the story is just so good. With a different setting and new characters, and i'm curious to see where she ends up next.

The Lightning thief was really good. That was the reason i read it. I know the movie is coming out and want to see it even more now because i read the book. A very easy read, which was kind of relaxing for a change.

I finished Magic Study & decided to start Pleasure Unbound (Since ecstasy unveiled is this months read, I figured i'd read the first one, and so far it's pretty good)

Amanda: I think you'll like the Demonica series. I haven't heard many bad things. I liked Book #1 so much I went out and bought the rest of the series! I made it a must for the MGR, lol.

Yeah, its on a whole bunch of lists around here. Everybody says that it's really good so I have been meaning to get to it. I always try to read the book before the movie so that I have somthing to compare it to. Usually in movies I find that the story doesn't go as in depth as the books, and that can be pretty confusing if you don't know what's supposed to be going on. *cough*Harry Potter*cough*

Finished , took me forever. I didn't really like it that much. Moving on to . I can't wait to find out what happens next either Amanda :).

just picked up The Vampire's Bride as it's been on my shelf forever. Also need to complete for a challenge this month.

Finished Fire Study. I think that it was a great ending to the study series. The middle was a bit frustrating, but the end picked up.=3

Now moving on to Speak of the Devil.

I finished Midnight Awakening and really loved it! I'm now reading I'm having a hard time getting into it. Hope it gets better.

Well I just finished The Silver Wolf, sloooooow is all I can say. I think it was the slowest moving book I've ever read. Pretty shocking since she is Anne Rice's sister. Not sure if I'll read the next book in the series. I'm going to be starting on next. I've really enjoyed that series. I need a good pick me up after The Silver Wolf!
