I keep hearing bad things about this one. Let me know how it ends up.

Now reading

I find she is very hit or miss for me. Those I like I really like, but the others are just stinkers.

That's surprising to hear!!! I think there's only been one book I haven't liked by her.

I think it is because I have been listening to some of her older ones lately. I grab the audios when I see them in the library as I know they are good ones to listen to around the house and you don't have to pay all that much attention.

I have read other books where those 2 authors worked together and they were good. Maybe they were rushed this time around.

I tried the audio on this one a couple of months ago and could not get into it....I know a lot of people who really liked it....I'm thinking on trying to read it vs listening to it....

Yeah I'm a visual reader, I don't have the attention span of the audio books. But I do like this book, I love all the action in it, and I'm not just talking about the sex, or sexual tension.

and started

I just finished listening to

So, of course, I'm reading the next in the Chess Putnam/Downside Ghosts series

Both are unlike anything I've read. Excellent, gritty urban fantasy with a surprising heroine.

I can't wait for the next book in this trilogy
I finished

If you like Quinn, don't skip. While he isn't always front and center, he is there and it makes it worth it in the end if you know all of their history.

I`ve had some good laughs along the way too

Haha good to know!!! Thanks! The deeper i get into the book, the deeper im pulled into the story.

I have EMBERS in The Pile. Hope you like the Dog Days books better than I did. I read the first 2 and the only thing I liked about them was Louie!

I`ve had some g..."
Anita Blake is great up to OBSIDIAN BUTTERFLY. NARCISSUS IN CHAINS is okay, but after that forget it!

Oh yeah, do these short stories help with the book?

Not really help, just give you a little insight in what happened with Leslie after the book was done. I found I really liked Irial and Niall a lot more.

ALso read

ALso read

I LOVED THE REAL VAMPIRES SERIES!!! IT'S AMAZINGly funny and cute and sexy but not a favorite.
I just finished
