I couldn't finish the first one. I liked the concept but not the main character. I didn't even like the secondary characters.

I just finished and am reading . I really like these books even though the many many "Mmm" and "gold on grey" gets a little old.

I just finished Magic Bites it was ok but some of it felt like it wasn't explained in enough detail. I think I'll try to the 2nd one just to see if it gets better. But now I'm going to start Lover Mine FINALLY! so I'm excited about that. :)

Melodie, I got this from the library but now I think I will buy 2 copies one for me and one for my goddaughter.

I was really amazed at how tender and sweet the story was all the way through.

Teresa, I was just telling someone in another group I am not really sure why I keep reading this series, while I enjoy the world building the modeling silliness irritates me.

I enjoy them because to me it is gossip girl meets vampires, so I don't expect much more than that. This one was so unlike gossip girl like and too many stories going on.

I just finished A little late I know, but I was waiting for them to release it on Kindle and then forgot to keep watching for it. I really liked it. I thought it was kinda weird that a love interest for bill just popped up out of nowhere. I also wished there had been more Sookie and Eric time. I don't know, I guess this is the first one of the series that has left me wanting. I thought it was odd that there was so much energy spent worrying about Victor and no resolution on that matter.

I started the audio for this one and found it kinda slow...not bad just not demanding my attention....I put it on hold when the audio for Magic Bleeds was out and have not found my way back to it yet....

I don't recall what chapter I am on.....but I am about 3 hours into the audio??? I like the premise of the story but having a really hard time keeping an interest...

From what I understand Ward has a condition of her eyes that makes them very light sensitive. So she has to wear sunglasses everywhere. I have heard of this condition in other people.
