Let me know what you think of The Dark Storm. I've been thinking about purchasing it and was hoping to get an opinion first!

I ended giving up on that one as well. I got about 125 pages in and the story was very bogged down with setting things up and all the rules. It just felt like it was all info dump. I would read for 10 minutes put it down for 20, read 10 more, down for 20. It just couldn't keep my interest. Might be worth getting from the library to see if you like it, but I wouldn't spent money.

Thanks Darcy! I'll wait and see if I can find it used or from the library later down the road.
I finished reading
it was good.I also finished
on Audio it was alot better then i expected.I'm now going to read
I really enjoyed the previous books.I'm also listening to
and
on Audio.
Jess wrote: "I finally got Death's Mistress from the library. I'm going to start on that today"I read that and its sooooooo good ;)
Just started The Dead Travel Fast and The Year of Disappearances, listening to the end of The Book Thief.

I love the JD Robb books on audio, I think the narrator does a great job on them.
Darcy wrote: "Patty wrote: "I finished reading

Melodie I think you would like them. You like the cozy mysteries and you like things here and the In Death books are kind of a cross. Eve is a cop, but it is set in the future, no real books those are only for rich people, cash isn't really around, most people use credits, cars can go up as well as normal, no guns any more, they use stunners. I could go on and on.

I'm not in the mood to read any of the books I have. I don't know why.
Jess if you re-read them try them an audio, they are great that way, then you can get your knitting done too.I liked the newest one, but the good thing about her writing is the speed, I think the next one is due out in October, not all that long away.

oo you're devious. I never thought about that. Knitting and reading at the same time... :)
I just finished Tempted.. eh it was alright. I kind of just want to know what happens, I'm not really reading it for enjoyment lol.
Up next.. who knows.
@Jess ~ I did think Tempted was more of a filler book. But there was enough left hanging I am excited for Burned.
I finished
it was Funny,Sad and so good.I'm now reading
And Darcy I totally agree with you on the J.D Robb Audio books.I would rather listen to them then read them the Narrator is great.
I finished Storm Front. It was good, looking forward to the next book. I also read Inked. I should have saved KC's story for last, I thought it was the best. :) Now I am onto Storm Born and looking forward to it :)
Oh my goodness - it's good to be back! My computer's been in the shop for a whole week! Apparently my 2-yr-old has been feeding change into the cd tray. Altogether, there was about $3 in change! While I was gone I finished several books:

@Darcy- I've also been straying a bit from the genre, but nothing makes my day better than a nice book from pnr or uf. sigh.

My books came in today and I am so excited! I do not know which one to start.I have
Any suggestions for which one I should read first?
@Dawn - I would go with Bitter night!!I've read Three Days to dead, that was good. I disliked Urban Shaman, and Magic to the bone I'm not sure if I read yet. Maybe I read Magic to the blood.

It is aimed to the younger audience, but I still found it entertaining in an innocent way. It kept my attention and that's all that matters to me. I am young at heart and sometimes wonder if not mentally as well. :)
~♡Katie♡~ wrote: "lol i am the same i act a lot younger than what i am maybe its why i like this book as well"Yeah it's the whole part of me that doesn't grow up, and honestly I just enjoy the teen/ YA reads.

IMHO, what's missing in these books is the total absence of any sexual tension between the 2 main characters.
finished
looking forward to the next book.I also finished
and
on Audio.I'm now reading
and listening to
