I'm reading City of Fallen Angels right now. I bought City of Lost Souls at Walmart yesterday, so when I'm done with City of Fallen Angels I can just go on with TMI instead of waiting. I LOVE TMI!!!!!!

Defintely Mortal Instruments!! At lease Clary isn't as confused as Bella (in my opinion). Sorry Twilight fans, I like it too and read them all but, there were many times that I wanted to quit Twilight because of Bella. And I think TMI has more depth with other characters having their own stories to tell and problems to solve but, they are all intertwined.

The Mortal Instruments. No competition. Twilight promotes the idea of women whose lives revolve around the "man of their dreams" which is complete utter crap. Women need to be strong and independant. Not clingy and annoying.

well twilight is a total joke, and i think that TMI might be the best YA series in history. twilight was so cliche that i couldn't stand to even think about it. i hate it when mainstream media celebrates books like they're the best ever written, then they make a movie(DIVERGENT). IT'S GETS EVEN MORE PUBLICITY. NOW EVERYONE THAT DOESN'T READ BOOKS THINKS THAT THOSE BOOKS ARE THE BEST EVER. IT MAKES ME MAD.

I agree with @Smart Chicks Who Love Books.

It really pisses me off when someone watches a movie adaptation from a book and they're like "Oh my god, this is the best movie ever," so they immediately assume that the book is good also. It's actually been proven that the books are constantly better than the movie adaptations, always, but living in the head of a depressive, melodramatic teenage vampire-wannabe is no exception.

The mortal Instruments, definitely. It's way funnier, deeper, the characters are better, I love MAGNUS BANE, and it's overall a much better read.

TMI! ALL THE FREAKIN' WAY. The characters are so much more complex and interesting. Twilight isn't even in the same ball park as TMI. I loved TMI SO DAMN MUCH if you didn't like it, i have no idea what happened :/ how could you not love it!
