LynnB I'm starting The Dead in Their Vaulted Arches (Flavia de Luce, #6) by Alan Bradley and V for Vendetta by Alan Moore as they both just became available at the library. When you put things on 'hold', why do they always come in at the same time?!

I read "The Moonflower Vine" decades ago at my grandmother's house in a Reader's Digest Condensed Books. I remember really liking it and borrowing the complete version at the library afterwards to see what I had missed.

It was re-published in 2009 and seems to be making a bit of a come-back in the reading world. The Goodreads ratings are pretty good. I've just started, but so far I like it.

I loved this one, too. I read someone review this as similar to a Dickens novel only set in India and thought that was very appropriate.
