HI, I'm new here on Goodreads, and new to writing SciFi as well.

I'd like to take a moment to introduce myself. I'm Donna Carrick, author of 3 mystery novels and currently working on a futuristic crime novel set on another world. In other words, I'm crossing-genres. It's so much fun diving into the SciFi Universe -- the people are whacky and terrific. The sense of freedom one acquires while writing in this style can only help improve all writing done in the future.
