Hey I am Livvy. I am new to this group. I am 11 and looooovvveee to write but never finish my books sadly. I like writing mysteries and fantasy books and books that have some sort of advice in them. I guess thats it.

Thanx! I can't think of what story I want to post, so I've just been reading all the random conversations people have in this group. You people remind me of my friends. They're extremely random, eccentric, melodramatic, etc.

Q: How do I post a character picture/book cover?
A: <"img src=INSERT LINK HERE"/>. It's that simple. Except put the "s around the link.
Q: But...but...my picture's on my computer! How do I get a link??
A: A couple different options here.
1. Use fotoflexer.
If you upload your photo to fotoflexer, and then save it, and then look on the sidebar, there should be an option that says "direct link". Use that.
2. Use photobucket.
For this option, you have to use the image code the the specific picture you want, or else it's not going to work. What I mean by that is that if you mouse over the picture in your general album area, there should be a small dropdown menu. One of the options is "img code". Copy and paste that, remove the preset IMG tags, and you're all set.
3. Use some other picture uploading site that I am not aware of.

A: Scroll down...down...DOWN!...there you go! The writer's folders are at the very bottom of all the folders, but above archives. They're split into letters (i.e., Writers H-M) so try to post in the correct area.

A: It probably got pushed back. If you look at the name of the folder where you posted your topic, then go to the right, there should be something that says "more topics". Click that. Hey presto!

A: Sure, if it doesn't already exist. Remember, look through them all. We've got lots of topics already. **NOTE: DUE TO EXCESSIVE TOPICS, WE HAVE BEEN CONSIDERING HAVING MEMBERS CONSULT WITH THE MODS BEFORE MAKING A NEW TOPIC. A: Not necessarily, no! It could just be that nobody has looked at them yet. There are LOTS of people in this group, and to read every single person's story would be pretty much impossible. If you want people to read your stories, make friends! Put yourself out there! And then shamlessly plug your story into the conversation.
Q: Why am I being ignored?
A: Awww, we don't mean to! But like I said, there's a lot of people in this group, and a lot of them are very close friends. People might just be having a very intense conversation about pie consistencies. Just throw yourself into the conversation! We'll welcome you gladly.

A: Yes.
