Sorry I missed this- I'm always willing to give an Aussie author a read- used to be a rabid sci-fi fan, although I've become more selective with age. Gay romance- well, not usually part of the books I read but sometimes pops up and seems perfectly legit as long as it's not contrived to try to teach me a lesson!
