{{Z&R}}About two hours after school the venom reached Alek's heart.
((ok))Zach was out feeding, not wanting it to be a distraction when he was at the dance.
"Hey baby," Rebecca said once Alek's transformation was complete."Hey," he said sitting up. "I'm thirsty, would you bring me something to drink?"
"Of course," Rebecca said getting up. She left and came back a few moments later with a deer for Alek.
"I'm gonna head home and get ready for the dance okay?" Rebecca asked after Alek had drained the deer. Alek nodded.
"I'll meet you at the dance then," Rebecca said. "Is seven ok?"
"Sure," Alek said.
At eight, Zach was dressed, and knocking on Jaqculeen's door, just glad he remembered where she lived after all that time.
Jaqculeen opened the door and smiled. "How do I look?" She asked. Her hair fell to her shoulders in loose curls, she had just a dusting of the lightest shade of purple on her eyelids and some clear lipgloss.Rebecca also curled her hair but had considerably more make up than Jaqculeen. She had a red lipstick, and a darkish blue shade of eye shadow. She wore a pair of strapy stilettos that made her stand about a half a foot taller. She put the top on the corvette and drove to the dance.
"You look very pretty, Jaqculeen." Zach said, with a small smile.
"You look great," Jaqculeen smiled.Alek opened Rebecca's door for her when she pulled up and her out of the car.
As they walked in most of the guys there turned and whistled at Rebecca regaurdless of whether they were there with someone or not.
Rebecca giggled.
"You ready?" Jacob asked as Susannah as he finished with is tie.
"Thanks." Zach said. He offered her his arm, "Shall we?" he asked."Yeah." Susannah said. She had picked some stuff pu from her house earlier, so she was in her red dress with gold strappy heels that were just a couple of inches tall so she didn't have to fear tripping, the only makeup she wore was lip gloss and just a bit of mascara, and her hair was simply half clipped back.
"You look astounding," Jacob said."We shall," Jacquleen said taking his arm.
"And you look dashing." Susannah said, smiling.Zach lead her to his car, and opened her door for her.
"Thank you," Jacquleen said getting in."Shall we?" Jacob asked as he offered his arm.
Zach went over to the driver's side, and drove them to the school."Yes we shall." Susannah said, taking his arm.
Jacob lead them out to the car and opened the door for Susannah.
"Thank you." Susannah said, getting into the car.
"You're welcome," Jacob said, going around to the driver side.
Jacob and Susannah at about the same time as Zach and Jacqleen.
Zach opened Jacqleen's door for her.
"Thank you ," she said as she got out. Jacob opened the door for Susannah.
"Thanks." Susannah said, getting out."You're welcome." Zach said.
Susannah took his hand, and started walking towards the school.
"Hey," Jacob said to Zach as they neared him.
"You must be Jacqleen;" Jacob said putting his hand out to shake. "Nice to meet you."
"Jacqleen, this is Jacob and Susannah." Zach introduced.
"Nice to meet you," Jacqleen said taking Jacobs out streched hand.
"So, Jacqleen, how do you know Zach?" Susannah asked.
"Well it's nice to meet you." Susannah said.
"Ready to go in?" Zach asked Jacquleen.
Jacqleen smiled and nodded enthusiastically. {{sp?}}"How about you?" Jacobs asked turning to Susannah.
((That's spelled right))Zach smiled back, and lead her inside.
"Yup." Susannah answered.
Jacob smiled and held his arm out to her.
Susannah smiled back, and took his arm.
Jacob lead her inside.Alek hadnt really been paying any attention to Rebecca, not that she had noticed, or if she did it couldn't bother her, he had been watching for Susannah, all of what he had done with Rebecca was just a plan for getting her. When Jacob and Susannah entered he smiled because now he had wvweything he needed.
Alek lead him and Rebecca over to Jacob and Susannah. "Goodevening," he said politely. "Hey guys," Rebecca said smiling and giving a little wave.
"Hi," Jacob said.
"Susannah you look wonderful tonight," Alek said. "Would you like to dance?" He asked holding out his hand.
Susannah folded her arms across her chest, and had to keep from glaring as she said, "Rebecca's your new girlfriend. You can dance with her."
"Fair enough," Alek said. "Later perhaps."
"Well I guess we'll see," Alek said leading Rebecca over for a dance.
