"I don't know. But you should start small just in case her fire resistance doesn't stand while she's dead." Christian said.

Rebecca lit a fireball and held it about a half a foot from Susannah.
When nothing happened, Christian said, "Try touching her with it."
Rebecca reached out and touched the fireball to Susannah's hand.
The fire caught on to her hand and spread quickly until it covered her whole body, but it didn't harm her, it just blanketed her. Then it slowly started to receded as it was absorbed into her skin, and her skin glowed for a second before it returned to normal, and she looked just like she did before. Only this time her chest rose and fell as breathed and she opened her eyes.
Jacob's eyes grew wide as he stared at Susannah. He gently took her into his arms and started to cry. "Welcome back," Rebecca smiled.
Susannah stubbornly ignored Rebecca, and instead put her attention on Jacob, and gently rubbed his back. "Hey," she said softly. "What happened? Why are you crying?"
"I'm crying because you're not dead anymore," Jacob said, the crying beginning to subside.
Jacob nodded. "Balthazar killed you," Jacob said shakily. "Christian and Rebecca brought you back."
Susannah looked at Christian and Rebecca. "Thank you." she said.
"I'm sorry," Rebecca said in response
"On the pluse side while I was fixing your spine I also healed the cuts I made," Rebecca said.
Susannah lifted a hand and moved her hair to feel where the cuts were. When all she felt was her skin she said, "Thanks."
Rebecca nodded. "It was the very least I could do after the other day," she said.
"I need to go home." Susannah said, standing.
Jacob nodded. "I'll take you," he said.
"Ok," Susannah said, walking to the door muttering "Dead, I was dead, how the heck did that happen?" to herself.
Jacob wrapped his arms around her waist as they walked.
"Wait," Susannah said. "If they managed to kill me, what did they do to you? Are you alright?" she asked Jacob.
"I'm fine," Jacob said. "He didn't do anything to me, I killed him."
"That betters our chances by 50%." Susannah said.
"More than that," Jacob said. "Adrian is hurt."
"True." Susannah agreed. "But now she'll probably be angry as well. Revenge can be powerful."
"Exactly." Susannah agreed, "and look how well Balthazar stood against you when you were angry. We'll have to be careful, Adrian could get creative."
"Like they weren't creative already," Jacob said.
"Right. I'd hate to find out how creative they can get when really ticked off then." Susannah said.
"How did I die?" Susannah asked. "The last thing I remember is being in the car with Zach."
"It was Balthazar," Jacob said. "He snapped your neck."
Susannah put a hand up to her neck. "Oh." she said hollowly.
"So since he broke your neck I tore his apart," Jacob said.
"Well, he deserved it." Susannah said.
"I told him exactly what would happen to," Jacob said. "But he was a dead man regaurdless."
"I still can't believe it." Susannah said. "He seemed so nice."
"Books and covers," Jacob said shrugging.
"You know don't judge a book by it's cover," Jacob said.
"Well I didn't say he looked nice." Susannah said. "He acted nice. You know, until he tried to kill me."
"You mean until he succeeded in killing you," Jacob said.
Susannah unconsciously put a hand to her neck again. "Yeah. That." she said.
"Well regardless, he's gone now," Jacob said as they pulled up to Susannah's house. "I am definitely staying here tonight," he told her as he turned off the car.
Susannah nodded. "Alright." she said, getting out of the car.
Jacob got out and grabbed his stuff out of the back. He put a few jars of holy water in his bag to keep with them in Susannah's room.
Susannah walked up to the door and opened, entering her house.
