Okay, I'm just going to go ahead and mark this entire thing as a spoiler. (view spoiler)[Where in the world did Petrov get the stone? Did he somehow find it? Or did he create the stone in one of the 3 ways? Makes me wonder what the stone will do in Lins hands. (hide spoiler)]

(view spoiler)[I won't lie I loved seeing Lin deal with Conor. She's talking to a prince and yet she couldn't give a damn. Rude to the man in his own house. Did I say house? I meant Kingdom? That's queen behavior right there. I love a female character who isn't afraid of anything, and I suspect that's going to drive him crazy. (hide spoiler)]

(view spoiler)[I love the way the ragpicker king is just going around collecting everybody. I wonder if he can actually help Kel deal with the whole Conor problem. I bet Kel felt at least a tiny bit betrayed that Conor had a problem and just never brought it up. Especially since as Sword Catcher he's supposed to protect him and all that. (hide spoiler)]

(view spoiler)[Lin so casually turning the ragpicker king down will never not be funny. In a way, he's one step closer to what he was aiming for. which really makes me wonder if Lin will do it. He did manage to say the right thing that will get her to agree. I loved Lin raising the argument that the Ashkar worshipped a goddess but somehow a woman becoming a physician or even having access to certain texts somehow isn't allowed. I'm loving her more and more as we go along. (hide spoiler)]

(view spoiler)[See, Kel is always mentioning how Antonetta changed suddenly, which makes me wonder, is there something deeper going on and that's why she can't break free? or did her mother just convince her that her way of things was better? Because I feel like there's a lot Antonetta won't say, but deep down her old self is still in there somewhere. I hope she goes back to the way she was because her current character is annoying me. (view spoiler)[There's some bonding going on now that Lin told Kel she knows who he really is. Antoneta sneaking her in was interesting. I'm sure she really cares about Kel but when will she let it show? her old self is in there somewhere. Conor is really pissed off with Lin and I feel like it's because she doesn't act the way most would around a prince. He clearly doesn't like that...or does he? (hide spoiler)]

(view spoiler)[The ragpicker king just shared some very interesting secrets about the agreement he has with the king. Now I want to know how prosper Beck fits into this. I'm going to need people to start sharing the story about Artal Gremont because the reactions his name brings is crazy. (hide spoiler)]
