For sea salt users: is sea salt used more as a table seasoning, or in recipes?

Valerie,

While table salt is great for baking, course kosher salt (in my opinion) is the best for cooking and for on the table. It brings out the flavor of the food without being overpoweringly (it this a word?) salty. I have never actually used sea salt but i would think it is the same as kosher salt.

Valerie Thanks, Sarah. I do use kosher salt, but I've never used sea salt...
