Yeah the second book, was amazing but really set into a sad, depressing tone/mood. The star-crossed lovers were broken apart.

Hi I'm new :) I just wanted to say I completely support the second poster that posted in this group :)
I almost cried when Beatie's friend died, I can't reall remember her name but it was sooooo sad! They'd been together for so long.
i loved Twilight and love both movies so far but The Hunger Games is such a fast-paced romance story that I have to say its better that Twilight
yay, although I have to say the movie aren't that good. They are just full of angst. I didn't get a lot out of it.
I would say the hunger games, it kept me more on the edge of my seat. Though, Twilight is good, but ranked lower down.
There not even on the same level Hunger Games is on like level 35798379818270274878374178473483743743178374374893749837354637184374785486716438746187460374364463106747381438437463573463108465374384361534487213465143782 and so on... and Twilight is on like 1 no more like 0 (no offense to those who like Twilight)
I really really liked Twilight, but it would definatelyyy be Hunger Games. Twilight was all about the romance, and there weren't really a lot of twists that surprised me, unlike Hunger Games, where there was one every chapter.
Uhm its way to hard to choose they are both really amazing books. I wouldnt be able to pick which one i liked more they are both a 10 for me. They ARE the best books.
off topic--- does anybody know what suzanne's collins like house adress is? i am writing a buisness letter to her and cant find it anywhere
Sometimes you can send in letters through the publishers.... I'd check on the website of whatever publisher she has, I forget.
Carly wrote: "just google "contact suzanne collins" and it will come up"i could not find it anywhere? do u have a link where it is?
no i can't find it anymore (I think the link was taken down but if you do need to contact her the best way would be probably to write a letter to her publisher

O.D. huh? That explains why their dead too. Congratlations you solved the mystery! I award you the Noble Prize. Any other mysteries you can slove, maybe why the warewolf takes off his shirt so much?
Who are you? Are you Sherlock Homes or dare I say it The Greatest Detective In the World L!Yhea no. Your no L; you can be Homes which means you own a really big magnifying glass but no sweets for you.
It depends on which aspect you look at each story...Twilight would probably be a better romance novel in comparison to Hunger Games which would probably scale higher than Twilight in the pespective of a Thrill or Realistic Fiction novel. You have to specifically look at the different qualities of each book. But in general I am stuck in the middle but on the verge of more Hunger Games than Twilight!
Madelyn wrote: "and make the girls look like wimps"Exactly, it makes girls seem so dependent on guys and it is pathetic
i really enjoyed twilight until it started coming out in movies, thats when people started associating edward cullen with robert pattison and it was just a huge mistake. i also didn't like breaking dawn, and all i can say is i hope that Hunger Games turns into a fan girl film instead of an awesome series.
