So you'd need to find a book by an author born in one of those ranges... One way to do this is to start looking random authors up... Another is to go here: http://www.fantasticfiction.co.uk/years/ and click on the year you want to look up. It will give you a list of authors born in that year. You may have to do some further research to make sure they weren't born before February whatever (try wikipedia or the author's website)...
