Luna rubbed the back of her neck awkwardly, " I actually don't know what I'm going to do Mad," Luna said as she looked up at him, her eyes filled with a little worry. Luna sighed as she laid a hand on her stomach, " I just can't wait," Luna whispered.
Mad shook his head. "You've still got months to go, Luna." he said, teasing her a little. ((Sorry it's short. I need to go. Fifteen minutes and I'll be back!))
Luna grins, " Eight more months, just awesome," Luna said, she then hugs Maddox, " I can't raise this baby alone Mad," Luna whispered.
Mad hugs her back. "I know, Luna. You know I'll help you as much as I can." he said back softly. Maddox rubbed her back, thinking. She was going to need a lot of money for this baby. Money neither of them had.
Luna hugged Maddox tight, her eyes closed as she clutched his shirt in her hands tightly, she held back the tears that threatened to fall.
Maddox wrapped his arms fully around her and presses his cheek to her hair. "Everything will be alright." he said softly as he rocked slightly on his feet.
" Promise?" Luna whispered as she loosened her grip on his shirt, but she hugged him tightly.
"I can't promise. I can assure." he replied quietly. "I'd be a fool to promise that." Maddox said. He didn't know what else to tell her.
" That's not exactly what I meant, but it was the answer I was looking for," Luna murmured, she looked at Maddox, her eyes were red and puffy.
Maddox chuckled softly. He sighed and brushed a hair out of her eyes. "You're already emotional." he teased.
Luna groaned and she pushed Maddox away, " You've ruined the moment!" Luna whined playfully, playing his little game.
Maddox laughed, grinning. "Sure I did." he said. Mad ran a head over his buzzed head. "I'm not the pregnant one." Mad teased again.
Luna groaned she walked away, " You have the most cruelest jokes ever!" Luna said.
Mad walked after her, a grin on his face. "You know I don't mean it, Luna." he said. "I've done it for years, you should be used to it by now."
" But sometimes they bother me!" Luna said as she turned around to face him.
Maddox lost his grin. "I'm sorry, Luna. You know I don't mean it." he said, moving closer to her. Mad never meant to hurt her when he joked but sometimes it happened. Not intentionally, though.
Luna grinned, " Gotcha!" Luna said her smile is super wide, " They don't bother me at all," Luna said as she came over and wrapped her arms around Maddox in a hug.
Maddox groaned. "That was awful, Luna." he said, only patting her back as punishment instead of actually hugging her.
Luna smiled, " Awe come on Maddox,it's my turn to play the jokes," Luna said with a half whine.
Maddox raised a brow. "A joke? More like cruel payback." he said, sticking his tongue out at her in a childish move.
Luna chuckled, " Well it's time I give you a taste of your own medicine," Luna said.
Mad snorted. "Sure. Only you would try to humble me." he said, crossing his arms.
Luna poked Maddox nose, trying to tell him that she was sorry.
Maddox swatted her hand playfully and smiled. "No poking." he joked. Mad knew she was sorry.
Luna just poked his nose again, ignoring his rule about no poking.
Maddox snatched her hand and leaned a little closer. "No. Poking." he said a smile still on his face.
Luna used her other hand to poke his nose once again, " and why not?" Luna asked him.
Maddox growled playfully. "It'll ruin my bad boy image." he joked, grabbing her other hand. He adjusted so both Luna's wrists were held in one of his hands, her wrists being small compared to his hands.
" Maddox, you have no bad boy image anymore, ever since you started coming around here more often, you've grown soft," Luna said in a teasing but truthful tone of voice.
Maddox made a face. Yes, he was covered in tattoos and preferred a buzzed head and stubble, but she was right. And he didn't just come over for Rome's sake, he enjoyed hanging out with Luna. No matter what they were doing.
Luna struggled lightly in Maddox grip, hoping to get out of it.
Maddox let her go. "Sorry. Did I hurt you?" he asked, frowning a little then shaking his head. He really was becoming a softy.
" No, but you made my wrist itch," Luna said as she itched her wrists,
Mad shook his head again and smiled softly. "My worst offense ever." he joked then looked at his phone. "I need to get down to the shop, Dan (his boss) is expecting me. Do you need anything?"
" No, not at the moment," Luna said with a smile.
"Alright. I'll see you later." Mad said, striding towards the door. "Call me if you need anything." he told her then left with a wave.
Luna nods, she smiled lightly as she laid an hand on her stomach.

((How about we skip a few months? Maybe she's become more comfortable with him? Like cuddling with him on the couch, stuff like that?))

((Yay! Okay. I'll start.))Maddox walked silently into Luna's apartment. He looked into the living room and saw she was asleep on the couch. She slept a lot lately and seemed to depend on him more than ever. He practically lived there with her.
Luna shifted a bit in her sleep, she yawned too, pulled the blanket up to her chin.
Maddox walked over to her then checked the clock. 5:49 pm. Dinner time. Mad placed a hand on her shoulder. "Luna," he said softly. "Wake up."
Luna grumbled, " Why?" Luna whined slightly , she burrows deeper into the blanket.
Mad chuckled softly. "Are you hungry?" he asked, quirking a brow. "I've got some berries and whipped cream waiting."
Luna stay up immediately, those two foods were her favorites, " Alright I'm up, and hungry," Luna said as she stretched,
Maddox grinned. "That's what I thought. It's in the kitchen." he said, gesturing for her to follow.
Luna licked her lips and followed him.
Maddox looked at her as she passed. He smiled at her ratted hair and the fact she didn't care. His gaze moved to her stomach and the four month pregnant belly just barely hidden beneath her big tee.
" If don't stop staring I swear to god Maddox," Luna said, she didn't have to turn around to know that Maddox was staring at her.
Maddox nodded slowly. He had kind of expected it. Somehow he knew she'd be pregnant. Mad ran a hand over his face and sighed. "What are you going to do now?" he asked. Currently, Luna lived in her apartment but he wasn't sure if she could handle both the pregnancy and the baby alone.
