TTPBM: What can you do to help those with Mental Health?

Well, talking to them is a good option. Listening and, well, not really forcing a conversation, but keeping it interesting and spontaneous to keep their mind off things is a good way to manage their thoughts. I've had a friend who's had depression, and I didn't really knew it until we had a share in class and he told me I helped him through it on a piece of paper. So, yeah, talking to them and doing your best to answer questions they have in mind is, probably, the best thing you could do. Just give them an honest and genuine talk.

Also, playing draw something on messenger is a good conversation starter if they seem aloof.

BTW, don't give up on them if they don't cross a line of your well-being.
