Rachel | 458 comments I'm watching Sophia the First right now. Lol.

TTPBM: Favorite book genre.

message 8752: by Dahepicbooklover87 (new)

Dahepicbooklover87 History!

Joanana who would you lick to be a moderator out of everyone on right now?

message 8753: by Abby Elizabeth (last edited Oct 13, 2014 08:12PM) (new)

Abby Elizabeth | 4157 comments I don't have a favorite...fantasy maybe? Sorta? Not really. I dunno...dystopian? contemporary fantasy? Romance? Science fiction? There are too many good books for me to choose.

@Lucy please don't do personalized questions. The person below you may not be the person you want, and it makes things awkward. Thanks! :D

TTPBM: Do you like Jane Austen. As in, any of her books, or movies based off her books?

message 8754: by johanna (jo), soliloquist. (last edited Oct 13, 2014 08:39PM) (new)

johanna (jo) (johannad_m) | 11500 comments Mod
@Dahepicbooklover: You can't ask questions to specific people; it just has to be the person below you.
I don't have a preference. :)

I love Jane Austen.

TTPBM: What have you read by her?

message 8755: by Rachel (new)

Rachel | 458 comments Honestly I have never heard of her. Sorry!

TTPBM: Have you heard of Isis trying to take over America? And do you think that they will succeed?

message 8756: by Abby Elizabeth (last edited Oct 13, 2014 08:17PM) (new)

Abby Elizabeth | 4157 comments Reading Pride and Prejudice. All her other books are in my mental to-read list. I think I've seen all the movies, and the only one I disliked was Emma. The rest made my life complete and made me NEED the books. Especially P&P, and Persuasion...<3
@Rachel sorry, didn't see you there! I've heard rumors. I don't think they're strong enough. But whether America falls or stands, it's all in God's control and it'll fulfill his purpose, regardless.
TTPBM: Do you agree with me that "haters" are spawned from fangirls being annoying?

message 8757: by Dahepicbooklover87 (new)

Dahepicbooklover87 Abby and Johanna I can do what I want thank you! What if Rachel asked to be a moderator what would you do to her? I on,y want to be a moderator okay? So please let me be one?

message 8758: by johanna (jo), soliloquist. (new)

johanna (jo) (johannad_m) | 11500 comments Mod
@Abby: Have you seen the BBC 2009 Emma? It's so good.

Sometimes.

TTPBM: Your favourite word?

message 8759: by Rachel (new)

Rachel | 458 comments @Lucy, wow! I came to this group to have fun! Not to take control of the group! I won't ask to be a Mod unless asked to be one! Got that Lucy?

message 8760: by Rachel (new)

Rachel | 458 comments @ Johanna Sulercslifrsglisticexpialidotius. I'm so sorry I can't spell that word!

TTPBM: Funniest friends name.

message 8761: by Abby Elizabeth (last edited Oct 13, 2014 08:25PM) (new)

Abby Elizabeth | 4157 comments I saw most of it, but I dunno. If I watch it again maybe I'll like it more. I'll still read the book when I get to it.

I LIKE THE WORD SUPERCILIOUS.
@Rachel. Well, I know 3 other Abby's. So many funny conversations have spawned from that.

@Dahepicbooklover87. We're not trying to gang up on you or anything. I've been a member and in this group for over a year, and if I asked Johanna to be a moderator, she'd say the same thing. We aren't needing a moderator at this time. Please stay respectful and follow the rules. If you do that, then maybe when we do need moderators, you can apply. Johanna's doing her best to keep things in line, so if you could please be kind and courteous? Thank you sooo much! :D

TTPBM: Siblings: Have any?

message 8762: by Dahepicbooklover87 (new)

Dahepicbooklover87 I have two twin seven year old sisters. Always ganging up on me. So not cool.

Same?

Rachel | 458 comments Sorry forgot the lat part! TTPBM: favorite number?

message 8766: by Abby Elizabeth (last edited Oct 13, 2014 08:31PM) (new)

Abby Elizabeth | 4157 comments Older sister. Married, with child. Older brother. He's not that much older though. They're the awesomest people ever. Love them (as the southerner's say, though I don't understand the phrase) to pieces! :P

My fav. number is 9

TTPBM: Blonde hair blue eyes, tall dark and handsome, or ginger? (attractiveness wise. Which is your "type")

message 8767: by Dahepicbooklover87 (new)

Dahepicbooklover87 Uh, I don't know. Not meaning to be inappropriate, but he would have to have brown eyes, 5'6, likes minecraft, a huge social life.

Same? Or your dream guy?

Those are the rules of the game, I mean, not in general. xD Of course on the other threads you can ask questions to whoever you like. :) I'm just saying in this thread, the idea is to ask the person below you - makes it fun!

As for moderators: I am not making anyone a moderator at this present time, as my good friend Melisquish is plenty enough help. If I am planning on making someone a moderator, that decision is mine, Mel, and Jess's, and the person concerned. Right now, I'm saying no, Dahepicbooklover, I'm sorry, but we have plenty of moderators in this group. Moderators hold a lot of authority in this group, and I will not be giving the position to anybody unless I trust them and know them well. Those seeking the role should be putting their energy into being dedicated and trusted members; repeatedly asking isn't going to change my mind.
Thank you.

message 8769: by Rachel (new)

Rachel | 458 comments I have a boyfriend named Logan. Brown eyes, shaggy brown hair, about to my cheekbone.

TTPBM: If you had a million dollars what would you do with it?

message 8770: by johanna (jo), soliloquist. (new)

johanna (jo) (johannad_m) | 11500 comments Mod
I'd give some to charity, buy/pay for stuff for my family and friends, travel the world, put some away for uni, and spend some on concerts and band merch. :D

TTPBM: You?

message 8771: by Abby Elizabeth (new)

Abby Elizabeth | 4157 comments I'd save it. For mission trips. To visit Elanna (she's in this group) who is one of my best friends that I miss like heck, and save the rest for a rainy day, let it collect interest.

TTPBM: You?

message 8772: by johanna (jo), soliloquist. (new)

johanna (jo) (johannad_m) | 11500 comments Mod
Already done.

message 8773: by Abby Elizabeth (new)

Abby Elizabeth | 4157 comments OOOPS Sorry. That was dumb. Didn't see you there, Jo! Bit frazzled. Um. TTPBM: If you could have one unique and perfected "skill" what would it be?

message 8774: by Rachel (new)

@Dahepicbooklover: You have violated rule 6 of the group, I am going to have to block you from the group, I'm sorry to have to take such measures.

message 8786: by Abby Elizabeth (new)

Abby Elizabeth | 4157 comments Rachel wrote: "Why did you say nieces with like a question mark Abby?"

Ask me that in two weeks. *wiggles eyebrows*

Same?

message 8788: by Abby Elizabeth (new)

Abby Elizabeth | 4157 comments A bit of Anna, a bit of Merlin, a bit of Guinevere, perhaps a bit of Milo (Phantom Tollbooth.) Maybe a bit of Samwise?

TTPBM: Sports: Love 'em, hate 'em, play 'em, watch 'em could care less?

message 8789: by johanna (jo), soliloquist. (new)

johanna (jo) (johannad_m) | 11500 comments Mod
I only ride horses, and I know very little about other sports, but if someone's playing that I know I'll watch. :D

TTPBM: Do you like swimming?

message 8790: by Abby Elizabeth (new)

Abby Elizabeth | 4157 comments I'm horrible at it. So...no? I like being in the water...

TTPBM: Same?

message 8791: by Rachel (new)

Rachel | 458 comments I'm like a mermaid in the water. @ Johanna: I play soccer. But I don't take offense to people who don't like sports very much.

TTPBM: Is anyone else's goodreads layout different of is it just me?

message 8792: by Abby Elizabeth (new)

Abby Elizabeth | 4157 comments It's not different for me...O_o

TTPBM: Do you like seafood?

message 8793: by Rachel (new)

Rachel | 458 comments No not really. I only like tilapia. No offense to those who are like seafood addicts.

Same?

message 8794: by Rachel (new)

Rachel | 458 comments Seafood. Again no offense.

Same?

message 8795: by Abby Elizabeth (last edited Oct 13, 2014 09:22PM) (new)

Abby Elizabeth | 4157 comments Ew. No. I think I'm intolerant to anything that comes from the sea. I can't be in the same room as someone cooking seafood without feeling queasy. My dad is the same way...very ood.
I JUST ANSWERED THE WRONG QUESTION, SORRY.
@Shahd, I'd rather die than eat a banana. Or peanut butter. Or fish.

TTPBM: Sail across unexplored seas in an old fashioned pirate's ship, or trek across new lands in a covered wagon?

message 8796: by Abby Elizabeth (new)

Abby Elizabeth | 4157 comments Silver...depends on the occasion.

TTPBM: "Celebrates" Halloween?

message 8797: by Rachel (new)

Rachel | 458 comments Yep! I have no idea what that means but I celebrate it!

Favorite Holliday?

message 8798: by Abby Elizabeth (new)

Abby Elizabeth | 4157 comments It's a toss up. The birth of my Best Friend and Savior, or the Day He defeated death itself. Well, can't have one without the other, so both! :D

TTPBM: You open a box, and inside is a gift that just completely makes your day. What is it?

message 8799: by Rachel (new)

Rachel | 458 comments Um, a box full of those beanie babies. I they are really cute.

Same?
