The book is about two twins, one is called Hejaluah or something like that, she has a really strange name! and I can't remember the other ones name. Hejaluah (or whatever her name is!) is really popular in school, and has lots of friends and a boyfriend, whereas the other one has some sort of disability or condition and doesn't have many friends.

Their dad works for the church, I think he is a vicar or something, but he abuses them and is very aggressive. The book is written from both twins points of view and switches between them. Hejaluah gets pregnant and ends up dying, and then the other twin struggles without her but then starts speaking to her twin's boyfriend, and I think in the end she goes to live with someone else and is safe from her father.

I think the book was aimed at young adults, and I think I read it in 2010/2011, not sure though!

Please help if you can! Really want to re-read it!

It was a paper back book, and it was set in England. Not sure what age it was set in, it was a couple years ago and wasn't this age, but not sure sorry!
