SOLVED. YA Romance [s]

This YA book includes a girl who recently lost her dad in the military. She has a younger brother and sister in the book and her mom basically goes catatonic. Her brother plays hockey in the book too. She gets together with a guy who is her brother's hockey coach. Falls in love with him only to learn that he is also in the military. She also finds out that her dad, who was a doctor in the military, knew this guy she likes. She finds this out by reading his old emails. I read this book a few years ago. Please help me figure out either the author or the title.
