Does This Count as a Book?

Hello;

In spring of 2013, I wrote a white paper for my internship called "50 Shades of Marketing: Color Theory and Your Business." This 30-page manuscript explores the psychology behind why websites are certain colors.

I have read the Librarian Manual and the closest thing I could find regarding this was "serialized, web-only editions that have been subsequently published as completed works" (each chapter had previously been published as blog posts for the company).

Does this count as a book by Goodreads standards?
