How/who should I contact about adding another retailer (like Amazon, BN, Kobo...)?

Thanks. I meant adding a new retailer that doesn't exist on GR. Unless I add a new retailer via the "Add Link" at the top of that page.

Or the retailer needs to contact GR directly to be added automatically to the retailer database?

The Buy links are added by users. If you want to add a different retailer to the buy links drop down then

Each user controls the links they want in the drop down, these cannot be set by author or buy book
