Author is listed for Ebooks, but also does paperbacks? How do we change it so she has both listed?

My friend Dzintra was having a giveaway on her GR page, and one of the prizes for a paperback of her book. She encountered an error stating that she is only an Ebook author. I clicked on her Edit data button to check her settings but it wouldn't allow me to see it since it was started by the author. So How do I change it, or help her find the solution. thanks, Ash

Does she have any paperback editions with ISBNs listed here on Goodreads?

You have to have a the edition you're going to give away listed before it'll let her enter a giveaway for it.

If she has only ebook and Kindle editions listed here on Goodreads (which looks like it might be the case) then you'll have to enter the paperback editions.
