Killed in Paradise, 1988, Matt Cobb #5 (4 -> 5)
Killed on the Rocks, 1990, Matt Cobb #6 (7 -> 6)

Another thing to fix is the main edition of book #2:
at the moment is the german edition (Mord Live)

#2 - We can not change the default edition for a book. The default edition is figured out by which edition has the most shelvings/ratings/reviews. Only an author can change the default.
