Ezi let me know that she'd put up the September Buddy Read threads, so I went ahead and asked that they keep the thread open and update it for Born of Silence. I currently only have one other buddy read going, so just let me know when you think you might want to read it!

Born of Silence and Halfway to the Grave (waiting on me to read Reckoning)
Discussion for Gods and Kings and The Preacher's Bride will start around the 15th, so I should have them read before then.
Other than that, I'm pretty open! I aim to read a book a day, so I should be able to get to Born of Silence within 24 hours of our starting date.

Angie, I started Born of Silence a couple of hours ago. I'm only 31% into it, and I've done nothing but cry for most of the story! Darling has quickly become my favorite hero of the series, just from what I've read in this book!
I start this as well no worries.
I just finished it, Angie, and I think it is my favorite League book!
I've only read the prologue and four chapters so far. Darling's life is so sad and cruel. I want his uncle and mother dead and gone.

I finished a few days ago but this is my second favorite book besides Born of Night.
When would we like to read this? I have one group read scheduled for October 1, but the rest of the month is open so far. I do have 2 other BRs on my plate though!

Ok, seeing as how I just finished my last "What's in YOUR Book?" Challenge book, I'm going to start this before I go take my nap, so that I can get up and call week 2 closed properly.

It's very long, but things start picking up pace in the 35-40% range. I'm to the point where the book has picked up enough speed that I don't really want to put it down!
Angie! I know you're super busy with other buddy reads, but Gah! Move this up ASAP!!! I just finished this, and it was amazing! Better than Ture and Maris! And the culture! We haven't been given too much of the Andarions up until this point, but we sure do in this book! They remind me of a mix of Vulcans and Klingons, all in one. I can't wait for next month!
