It is YA book that I read in 05 or 06. I think the cover had orange flower petals on it or something like that. Like the title says, it involves an 18-year old girl who is in a romantic relationship with a 14/15 year old boy. This becomes a big scandal and for some reason I think there is a side story about her and other people visiting an old person at their apartment. At some point I think she gets a puppy named Jailbait as well. Thanks for any help!
