Guillermo Romero | 19 comments I'm not sure how old it is but it's reasonably famous, it's about a father who starts to use his church's cleaning android to sort of proofread his sermons, to point out logical fallacies and such. In the process the android finds his faith, and ends up insisting on attending mass, even though it angers the congregation. That's about as much as I can say without (really) spoiling anything, though the ending was quite poignant. I'd really like to read the whole thing again, maybe add it to my books as well, hopefully you guys can help me out with that. Thanks in advance!

Where did you read it - online, in an anthology, etc.? Paper form or ebook or other format?

Peter Meilinger | 469 comments I had to go and read it, of course. And it ended pretty much exactly as I expected, of course. Dammit.

Guillermo Romero | 19 comments That's totally it! Sorry it took me so long to get back to you guys, I got a bit confused a while back and forgot all about it. Seriously though, thank you thank you thank you! It really is (IMHO at least) one of the best short stories out there, and now I have the name I can finally recommend it properly. You guys are the best!
