Carla, it gets confusing when a thread linked to a specific book or author is also used for other books. Please start new ones for other books.

#2 Page number 393 is including epilogue. After this page the book does include (in that order): An interview with the author (p. 399); Discussion questions (p. 402); Reader letters (p. 406); Note to readers (p. 407); Note from the artist (p. 409); About the author (p. 411).

#3 Page number 260 is literally the last page of said book in my edition.
