CAN POST ONE QUOTE, BUT NOT TWO IN A ROWThis has happened several days now. I can post one quote. When I try a second one immediately thereafter (which is so much easier as you don't have to retype the author's name), it says there is an error and won't tell you. If you wait a time (I don't know how long, five minutes is too short, but after a couple hours is fine), then you can post another post. But not a "second" one after that.
This has happened for three different books over two different weeks.
Most recent book this has happened with is Empire of the Vampire, but it seems to be more an overall programming issue with the quote portion of site than book related.

I am encountering the same problem. I can post a single quote, then when I try posting a second one, an error message pops up. Just as you say, if I wait some hours, I can then post a single quote again, and after that, if I try to post another quote, I again get an error message and am blocked for hours from posting another quote. My attempt to get help from Goodreads support turned into a runaround nightmare, unfortunately.

Ironically, Meade won the campaign but lost the trust of his commander-in-chief, while Lee lost the campaign but Davis continued to hold him in high esteem. Lingering health concerns, however, including likely bouts of angina pectoris (heart problems), convinced Lee that he was no longer able to satisfy the rigorous demands of running an army in the field. His stamina was waning. Lee tended his resignation after Gettysburg, but Davis would have none of it. Who else could possibly command the Army of Northern Virginia as well as even a weakened Lee?
