Jess (fmc) wakes up in a hospital with no memory of anything that happens before that. Her and her parents had gotten into a car crash and her parents had died while she survived. Jess has to go live with her Aunt Rebecca and that's where she meets Oakley. Oakley lives right next door to her Aunt's hotel they live in.
