Michelle Fierro | 18 comments I thought the ending was an interesting twist, having Amy actually be pregnant. But of course I wasn't happy that the crazy Amy won! Nick was so close too-the novel he wrote, I really thought was going to work, but then Amy found another way to manipulate it to go her way. I think the future will be interesting-Nick doesn't want to turn into his father, and Amy knows that, so he will have to stay. Nick even considered leaving Amy, but says he can't for the Baby's sake and because no women could ever be as attentive and obsessed as Amy- even if its not a healthy obsession. They are going to have to play pretend and act like they love each other, for the baby. I don't know if Nick will ever leave Amy-maybe after the baby is grown up, he could finally start a new life with a different women.
Rating: 5/5 (very interesting, and kept me on the edge of my seat)
I would recommend this to others

Colleen Flynn | 10 comments I really enjoyed the book, even though the ending got really intense. I knew Amy was up to something but that was not at all what I had in mind. I'm not happy that Amy actually is pregnant because she is psychotic and will now be raising a baby with her crazy and twisted mind. Like Michelle said in the future they will have a horrible, forced relationship which could definitely emotionally damage the baby.
4.5/5 stars (It started out predictable and then totally turned around and became one of the most interesting and intense books I've ever read)
I would recommend this book to others

Julia Fierro | 9 comments What makes this book so intense is how much of a shock Amy was. I was completely surprised when I found out she had planned the entire kidnapping. I knew Nick was not the guy but Amy was so shady, I did not predict it was her. This book makes you think how does someone think of this to write about and I think that is something that makes a book really good, having a story that is out of the box. Also Amy is such a dynamic character that it kept me intrigued the entire time. Their baby is going to be so messed up having the two most incompetent people as parents. Nick is pretty useless and Amy should not be trusted with children. Their boy should just go live with Go or maybe Nick will keep his word and be a good father.
Rating: 5/5 stars (Interesting to read, nothing like I ever read before)
I would recommend this book to other

Danielle Fierro | 10 comments What I loved about this book is that there were many twists and turns, it was a real fun read. I loved how Amy was always 3 steps ahead of everyone else, because once you thought she covered everything other incriminating evidence would pop up. This kept the plot interesting and invigorating. I was a little disappointed with the ending because I didn't want Nick to stay with Amy, but I guess he really didn't have a choice. I also sympathized with Go because she was so upset at the end with Nick's decision and with Amy getting her way. I fear for the future of Nick and Amy's child, because the baby might grow up to be just as insane as Amy, or even worse.
Rating: 5/5 stars :) (I'm glad we chose this mystery/thriller b/c now I'm into this genre)
I would recommend this book too!

Tycho Cortese | 12 comments I fricken loved this book, I mean I couldn't stop reading. I finished it in like, four days...I thought that the storyline was so complex and intense and all the characters were so complex. I loved how there was really never a dull page, it just kept taking new turns. I felt that Amy just disappearing/being killed by an outsider would be a little anticlimactic so I sensed from the start either her return/being alive/ running away but I never expected what would eventually happen, I loved how unpredictable it was. I like the ending actually, because it leaves me still thinking and reflecting back on the book. Even though Nick is dumb I wish he got that book out so that he could maybe gain some independence and control back in his life, and put shady Amy back in her place, I hate when people just get away with things! Of course she had expected that and dealt with it...by getting herself pregnant with Nicks baby, of course. The ending was very interesting, it made sense. I do feel bad for that baby though :( poor kid is going to be traumatized...

I rate it 5/5 stars because this book was insane and very fun to read.
