I need to add an existing book to my author profile

Hello,
I need to add the book, LYLA, IN THE FLESH (B0G313QDDP) to my author profile. It is currently credited to Nick Roberts, but my author profile has two spaces between my first and last name: Nick Roberts. This always happens and is frustrating. Additionally, the audiobook and ebook have separate pages because they were created by their respective publishers. Is there any way to have both editions and their reviews/ratings merge to one page?
