What's the difference between The Chat and The Reviews?

the chat threads are where you can chat with your team mates, talk about what books you have planned and see if anybody on your team wants to buddy with you, and then the review threads are for posting reviews of the books you've read for us to keep track of points ☺

I have a question: When I read I tend to review the book edition I was really reading. Now with this challenge you say we can go for a version with the biggest numbee of pages. Do I have to review that version so it could count, or can I review the version I've read and just put the number pf pages for the longest edition so it would count?

You review the edition you've read, and then you can just post the edition with the biggest number of pages ☺

Hi guys, I've been going through the review threads and I'm having some problems, so just to clarify a few things, I'm going to write some points down here.

1. Please do not post on the review thread until you have read the book. I cannot count books that you haven't read yet, and I will not be going back to old posts if you edit them at a later date.

2. 'I did not like this book', or 'this is boring' does not count as a detailed review or update. I need details about the book. These don't have to be epic or brilliant, they just need to be detailed, even if it's something like 'I liked that the main characters dog was called Charlie, and I liked that they went on holiday to Gibralter. I didn't like that the aliens were blue rather than green though, and I didn't like the love triangle'

3. Reviews or status updates need to have 4 points to count, as do buddy reads. Saying 'this is boring' or 'page 64' does not count.

4. Please check other editions of books on goodreads when posting the number of pages your book is worth. Several of you are missing editions with a higer number of pages which loses points for your team! Remember - every page counts! I've been catching some of these, but I'm not going to continue to do this for you, I seriously do not have the time.
