Additionally, could you share details on where you receive our title metadata from, how long it typically takes for updates and new titles to reflect and whether there is any specific criteria for displaying our titles on the website?

Book information is initially pulled from Amazon and subsequently can be edited by Librarians or the book author (if they have gone through the process of claiming the page). Changes that are made to Amazon's metadata after the book is auto-imported to Goodreads are not automatically reflected in Goodreads.
