1. Are the two libraries / publishers listed acceptable sites for book details and cover images:
the Institutional Repository Library ( https://irl.umsl.edu/oer/24/ ) and the Open Textbook Library ( https://open.umn.edu/opentextbooks/te... ). Both allow free downloads.
Technically, I would not be taking the details direct from the websites, but from the download.

2. Is this type of textbook all right to add to Goodreads? It looks book-like in every way, but does not have an ISBN.

I can't see why this book would not be acceptable, or any issue with the libraries they come from, but there is nothing either way in the Goodreads librarian manual about them.
