Uploading Cover and Series question

Hi- I just added my latest book Not Your Everyday Tales Volume 2 to Goodreads. I keep getting an error message when I try to upload the cover. The book officially releases on Amazon tomorrow - so I didn't know if that's what the issue was.

And then- Is there a way to pair Volume 1 and 2 together?

Different books are not linked, only editions of the same book.
