The edition without ISBN has a note is was published without ISBN. So is it really the same edition as the one with ISBN?
To my understanding, if the previous print was without ISBN but the later one got ISBN, we only maintain one edition with ISBN since there is no changes to the cover artwork or has different ISBN. (I could be wrong here, please advise.) Another point is, this is comic and according to Librarian Manual, only comic with ISBN should be added to the database.
