I would really like to know what people think are the best books about children dealing with evil adults/parents/siblings are: Especially middle school novels like MATILDA and fairly tales such as "Mother Holle" and "Mufaro's Beautiful Daughters"

Some of my favourites are MATILDA and WITCHES by Roald Dahl DAVID COPPERFIELD by Charles Dickens "Mother Holle" a fairy tale retold by the Brothers Grimm and "Mufaro's Beautiful Daughters" by John Steptoe
