I would like to apply to become a Goodreads Librarian. I’m an active reader, especially of Persian (Farsi) books, and I’ve noticed that many Persian titles and authors are missing or have incomplete information in the database.

I would like to help by adding new books, correcting existing data, and improving the accuracy of Persian book entries on Goodreads.

I’ve been using Goodreads regularly, and I’m familiar with the platform’s structure and how to properly enter book details (title, author, ISBN, editions, etc.).

Sorry, but this is not the correct way or correct place to achieve your goal of becoming a GR librarian.

This group serves as a place where Goodreads members can post requests to add new books, merge duplicate editions, update cover art, and correct errors in book or author information. The group serves as the central hub for cataloging requests and general questions from members to the librarians.

If you want to become a librarian, you need to pass the official test and then wait for the staff’s decision to either grant you the status or not.
