SOLVED. About a girl who is really smart but cant talk or walk [s]

I read this book about a year ago in 6th grade, it is about this girl (i forgot her name, btw the book is from her perspective i think.) who is i think around 12 and she is really smart but she cant talk or walk, she says that she has a photographic memory and can remember things from when she was very young. Eventually she gets this computer that says things when she types them and gets into this trivia group i think. (also in the story her mother gives birth to her sister and when her sister is about 3 she gets run over by her mothers car and she either brakes her arm or leg im not sure) The cover of the book is of a fish jumping out of a fishbowl and the background is just a plain blue colour fading into white i think.
