The profile is already claimed. If you are unable to log into that account, you'll need to contact support for help.
I have only attempted to change my account email and log in with Google. I now see a new email but all the books aare gone. If it made a new account completly i cant log into the old one becuase i don't have access to the email. where do i contact support?


I'm very confused. All of my books are showing up on some other profile. I didn't know i had 2. Can someone help me bring over my books to my correct author profile? Thank you!
