I think I read this book between 2010-2017 and it came out a similar time.

I member the heroine was poor. The poor didn’t go to school in this world but there was a new scholarship to let some in and she started going to school. Different classes of people could speak different languages and couldn’t be understood by those below them. However the heroine could understand everyone. I seem to remember a scene when she was working in a club or bar with her friend and was serving rich people and they realised she could understand what they were saying. I think one of these men from the club became a love interest. I think the story went on to be a rebellion against the class system but not sure.
