My book is listed twice on GR

When i published my book, Summer of Sunsets, on May 6, 2025, I added it to GR.However, it appears it was also automatically added by GR not long after. Can these two versions be merged so there's only one listing for my book? Most reviews are under one listing, but there is a review under the second listing as well. On a separate note, I uploaded a new book to Amazon for preorder a few days ago, but it hasn't shown up on GR yet. Should I add it or wait until it automatically shows up? Thank you!
