Book wrongly marked as not meeting catalog guidelines

Hello, I was trying to add a review for a book that just came out, Alchemised by SenLinYu, but I noticed that rating and reviewing is turned off. When I investigated, the link stated that the book doesn't meet catalog guidelines. However, it is a very real book that got released last week and I thought I should let y'all know of this error. :)
