Should I read Manacled or Alchemised first

I've got dilemma. Should I read manacled or Alchemised first? Any suggestions?

Do I need to read manacled first or can I just skip it and read Alchemist only? If I read Alchemist first is it necessary to read Manacled too?
I kinda want to read manacled as it is HP world but since Alchemised is similar (without copyrights of HP) would that mean if I read manacled and then later reading Alchemised it would be like reading same book again and kinda knowing how it ends and feeling underwhelmed. And other way around if I read Alchemised first and then trying to read manacled.
Do you know what I mean 😅🙈

I would say alchemist just because one’s a fanfic and one will be making that author money. Then if you really enjoy it go back and read manacled. They are insanely similar tho.

As someone who read Manacled and currently reading Alchemised, it can be kind of hard to not compare one to the other. If you want to have the experience of reading the story without comparing the characters and/or where the story’s are different, I would suggest reading Alchemised and going back to Manacled after. You can’t go wrong either way you choose to read them.
