[DONE] I Want You by Isla Stelmark - Merge/Combine versions

Can I combine the two versions of I Want You (Wilder Series #3) that are listed on my page. There was only 1 version until today (release day!), but now there are two.

Is there any way of preventing that in the future? It happens on every one of my releases, and I don't know if that is by design or if I am doing something wrong.
