Looking for a specific Mills and Boon book I read between 1999-2003

Hello! I know, a M&B book request is the worst because there are just so many, but I cannot stop thinking about this one particular book!!

What I remember:
It starts in London. A girl lives with her cousin who is quite glamorous but also a bit of a princess? The cousin has been dating a man (who MFC has a massive crush on) but decides to run away with some other guy. The man comes looking for the cousin and the MFC has to explain that the cousin has left. MMC is angry, also pretty drunk, and decides to sleep with MFC out of a bit of revenge? MFC welcomes this but the man is angry to discover she is a virgin. Oh no!😝 So obviously, he is worried she is pregnant. I think at one point he was married or engaged and his partner was pregnant and maybe died in childbirth, along with the baby? Something like that because he is super worried she is going to lose the baby.

Anyway, he takes her back to his home country. For some reason I thought it was Argentina or something like that, but I have searched through all the M&B books set there and I can’t find it. Maybe another South American country? Maybe Spain? Portugal? I don’t know. All I remember is that his family made money from some specific crop (coffee maybe?). His mother lives with them, speaks no English, maybe hates her.

One day when she is heavily pregnant she decides she needs to help pick the crops because something is going to destroy it or something. Or maybe she wants to be helpful? Not sure. But with the heat and the exertion she collapses and maybe loses the baby, or it was close.

Then of course the MMC declares it’s HER he loves, it’s not because of the baby. And everything is happy the end.

Please help!! I read it somewhere between 1999-2003, but it could have been written long before that.
