Read around 2022. Resembles Paper Princess by Erin Watt for me. Probably one of those books where there's a list of songs in the beginning.

MMC is school royalty (of course he is) and the scene aforementioned takes place at the party in his house or a guest house. The guys dancing with MFC are his friends (or brothers?) and the scene is staged to humiliate or blackmail the MFC
