LITRPG fantasy series, new world. World seems similar to World of Warcraft. Started September 2025, but I'm not sure the publication date.

I was listening to this and lost the book and can't for the life of me find it. Main Character is Nicole, a 45 year old woman who got into a car accident on her way to work one morning and woke up in a new world as a different species (i want to say outland fey?). Upon waking she meets Taco, a priest healer with the title "elite", who helps introduce her to the world. Taco also reminds her of her dead son. She chooses essentially a beast tamer hunter class and her pet is a ghost cat named Mojo. She meets some of Taco's other friends, including a tank named Mace, an orc, a mage, and a sentient dog/melee character?

This world very much reminded me of World of Warcraft as far as the classes, mounts, and dungeons.
